  After production, we have a special QC team to ensure each product meets our standards. Before delivery, we follow three inspection procedures and support video inspection. We confirm that we have the correct product packing before sending it to you. During custom production, we update you with design drawings, production drawings, and finished product test videos. This way, each step shows you the production process. Still have issues with your order? Don’t worry! We offer a 180-day warranty service, and you can contact us anytime.
• How do you customize my jewelry exclusively?
  To start, please contact our product manager. They will arrange a one-on-one consultation with a senior designer to bring your vision and ideas to life. We guarantee that the jewelry designed will be exclusive to you and will not be sold to other customers.
• How can I ensure that I can receive my product?
  We exclusively use DHL for delivery, one of the most reputable logistics companies in the world. Additionally, we purchase logistics insurance, so in the event of any issues like lost or damaged packaging, the logistics company will compensate (please sign in person for high-value products).
• What Is Your Return Policy?
  (1) If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. You may exchange it for other jewelry of the same value, or pay the difference if the value is higher.
  (2) We offer replacement and/or repair services for quality issues within 30 days. We cover freight and related costs. If the issue is unrelated to product quality, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not permitted.
• Can I take a shower with this on without fading? Does it change color?
  To maintain the quality of your jewelry, please avoid wearing it under harsh conditions. We recommend refraining from wearing your jewelry while bathing, swimming, or exercising, as this may damage your products.
