At Iced Out City, we want you to shop with confidence.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• The jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition with no signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration.
• All original packaging, certificates, and accessories must be included.

Store Credit

• Approved returns will receive store credit only.
• Store credit may be used toward the purchase of any engagement ring or other jewelry available at Iced Out City.
• Store credit does not expire and is non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
• Resized, engraved, or altered items.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
• Clearance or final sale items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service, as Iced Out City is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
